This is a common jelly. Its food gets trapped on the bell's mucus layer and is then pushed to the rim by little hairs (cilia). There the mouth tubes (4 of them, more or less visible in the 3rd picture) can funnel them to the mouth (which is hard to see).

This jellifish likes to evert itself (switching from dome-like to cup-like).
Somewhat blurry, but some fine detail is visible (on the full picture).
The four ring like structures inside the dome are the jellyfish's gonads (reproductive organs).
